Everyone comes to us at a different point in their journey.
You may simply want to talk things through with an experienced clinician, explore whether ADHD could explain some of the difficulties you or your child are experiencing, or be ready for a comprehensive diagnostic assessment and ongoing support.
Our flexible approach means you don’t have to decide everything at the beginning.
You can start with the level of support that feels right for you and upgrade at any point. Where clinically appropriate, we’ll use the information and assessment work already completed with us, so you won’t simply have to start again.

Consultation
£125 per hour
Professional advice, without committing to an assessment
A one-hour consultation with an experienced ADHD clinician, giving you the opportunity to discuss your concerns, ask questions and think through what might be most helpful next.
A consultation may be helpful if you:
- are wondering whether ADHD could explain the difficulties you or your child are experiencing
- are unsure whether a full assessment is the right next step
- already have a diagnosis and would like specialist advice or support
- want to discuss education, work, treatment or next steps
Appointments are available face-to-face, online or by telephone.
You can choose to progress to an assessment at any point.
Level 1 — Assessment of Needs
£250
A good place to start if you’re looking for answers but aren’t yet sure whether you need a full diagnostic assessment.
We’ll begin building a detailed picture of your or your child’s strengths, difficulties, developmental history and current needs.
Your Assessment of Needs includes relevant ADHD screening questionnaires and rating scales, developmental and clinical history, review of the information provided, and a one-hour face-to-face or online clinical appointment.
We’ll discuss what we’ve found with you and help you understand what the most appropriate next steps might be.
Please note: this is not a full diagnostic assessment and you will not receive an ADHD diagnosis at this stage.

Where clinically appropriate, we’ll use the information and assessment work we’ve already completed, meaning you won’t simply have to start again from the beginning.
Level 2 — Diagnostic Assessment
£450
A focused diagnostic assessment for those looking for clarity.
Our Diagnostic Assessment provides a comprehensive assessment for ADHD, incorporating relevant pre-assessment questionnaires and rating scales, developmental history, clinical information and up to two hours of face-to-face or online clinical assessment.
Following your assessment, we’ll discuss the outcome with you and provide a diagnostic summary/report letter suitable for sharing with your GP, together with appropriate recommendations and advice about next steps.
This option is ideal if your priority is establishing whether you or your child meets the diagnostic criteria for ADHD without requiring a lengthy, detailed report.
If you later decide you would benefit from a more comprehensive report, personalised recommendations or additional support, you can upgrade your package.
Level 3 — Comprehensive Diagnostic Assessment
£750
Our most popular option — for those wanting more than simply a diagnosis.
Our Comprehensive Diagnostic Assessment is designed to help you understand not only whether ADHD is present, but what your individual profile means for you or your child in everyday life.
It includes relevant pre-assessment questionnaires and rating scales, detailed developmental and clinical history, review of supporting information and up to three hours of face-to-face or online clinical assessment.
Following the assessment, you’ll receive a comprehensive diagnostic report, including an individualised formulation, explanation of the assessment findings and personalised recommendations.
Where appropriate, we can also provide recommendations and supporting documentation to help communicate identified needs to:
- School or college
- University
- Workplace
- Healthcare professionals
This may be particularly helpful when considering reasonable adjustments, additional support or helping others better understand how ADHD affects you or your child.
Level 4 — Comprehensive Assessment & Support Package
£950
Assessment, understanding and support beyond diagnosis.
Our most complete package is designed for those who want support not only in reaching a diagnostic conclusion, but also in understanding what comes next.
You’ll receive everything included within our Level 3 Comprehensive Diagnostic Assessment, including your comprehensive diagnostic report, personalised recommendations and appropriate supporting documentation.
You’ll also receive up to two hours of dedicated follow-up support following your assessment.
Your follow-up time is flexible and can be used in the way that works best for you — as one longer session or divided across several shorter online appointments.
Follow-up sessions might include:
- understanding and making sense of your diagnosis
- ADHD psychoeducation
- practical strategies for everyday life
- exploring strengths, challenges and individual needs
- support with education, university or workplace adjustments
- discussing treatment options and next steps
- support for parents, partners or family members
Ongoing support when you need it
Support doesn’t have to end when your included follow-up sessions are complete.
Clients who choose our Level 4 Comprehensive Assessment & Support Package can access further ADHD-related follow-up consultations at the reduced rate of: £100 per one-hour session

Where you decide to upgrade, we’ll take account of the assessment work already completed with us and use this wherever clinically appropriate.
Upgrade costs will depend on the work already completed and the package you choose to move to. We’ll always explain and agree any additional costs with you before proceeding.

Where more than one member of the same immediate family chooses a Level 3 Comprehensive Diagnostic Assessment or Level 4 Comprehensive Assessment & Support Package, we offer:
£150 Family Assessment Discount
The discount applies to an additional eligible family member’s assessment.
Each person will still receive their own individual, clinically appropriate assessment, while relevant shared family and developmental information may be considered where appropriate and with consent.
