I’m Andy, an ADHD Specialist Nurse and Independent Non-Medical Prescriber with over 20 years’ experience in mental health. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with incredible colleagues and learning from the many people and families I’ve supported — each with their own story, challenges, and unique strengths.
I love working with people who have ADHD. I try to bring warmth, honesty, and a bit of humour into what can often be an intense and emotional process — creating space for real conversations and genuine understanding.
I founded Atom Insights Clinic because I believe assessment and diagnosis are only the beginning of the journey. While medication can play an important role, real progress comes from understanding yourself, developing practical tools, and learning how to live well with ADHD. Atom Insights Clinic was built to offer that ongoing support — helping people move beyond labels and build lives that feel more confident, balanced, and authentic.
Neurodiversity exists within a broader spectrum of human diversity
At Atom Insights Clinic and Atom Health & Social Care Ltd, we believe that everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and safe. We welcome people of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences, and are committed to creating an environment that values diversity, inclusion, and respect in every interaction.
We recognise that neurodiversity exists within a broader spectrum of human diversity — including differences in gender, sexuality, culture, and lived experience. Our approach is neuroaffirming and person-centred, ensuring that every individual is met with understanding, kindness, and genuine curiosity about their story.
Whether you’re seeking assessment, therapy, or professional support, you can expect a space where you can be yourself — without judgement, without assumptions, and with the confidence that you belong.
